SCHOOL!!!!!
My last sem studying in NUS with the majority of the population. lol Is it good??
My 1st lecture, I guess is one of the 1st in NUS for the sem, is the Arts GEM module at Archi. Come to think of it, this is only my 3rd non-Sci, non-engin related module in the whole of my 4 years.
1: Real Estate Development and Investment Laws 2: French 3: Reading Visual Images.
And I took French like 2 years ago.
So imagine my excitement when I see all the gals and non-Communists around. haha... I've returned to reality!!! I'm again convinced I'm normal!! haha...
But the excitement didn't last long. I drifted off to lalaland halfway through. I suppose it was my lack of sleep + lack of coffee.
But things should get better, I suppose.
Although I don't feel confident taking a subject that's more for the artistically inclined, and that I can score a good grade, I wanted to take this for the benefit of my novel. haha... What's the link?? I can better set up the settings with better visual cues, I suppose. Just like how I ended up using stuff I learned in HR2002, I believe this will add another dimension to my novel.

And thanks to the new CORS rule, I rushed back to my room to bid for my last, core module.

Look at the pic below and guess what's absurd about the bidding...
YES!!!
I'm the only one bidding for a 167-vacancy module, which in Round 1A was successfully bidded by only 25 (including me) students.
haha... If I'm not mistaken, the total vacancies were at 200.
But I like small classes.
Most importantly, cos this is the last sem I'll be using CORS, I just dumped all my Program points in.

Cheap thrill.
Actually, I came back hall last night.
I wanted to blog about something, which I ended up not doing.
I just wanted to count my blessings, that's all.
Yesterday, after I told my mum I'd be going back at night, she quickly prepared the glutinous rice meant for Monday's breakfast for me to take to school to eat.
I like her glutinous rice. Though it's not that great (I don't even know how GOOD glutinous rice should taste like), but it was enjoyable. I just ended up eating it for supper. haha...
Then stuff happened here and there; I don't feel like recounting them all.
But all I felt was some for of bliss. For a long time, I haven't had that kind of feeling. And throughout the journey back to PGP, I was actually hoping for the safety and happiness of my family. Not out of responsibility, the kind I had after my dad passed away, but truly from my heart, for no apparent reason, I was reciting that wish in my mind over and over again.
So... does anybody out there have this kind of experience? That when you wished for the best for your loved ones, you actually felt happier than when you wished for something good to happen to yourselves??
